Use the waist and hip measurements as a guide to pick the right size for you.
Getting the perfect fit for your Zen Spawear is easy! Just grab a tape measure and a mirror or ask a friend for help. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and bum, overlapping it at the front. Use the mirror to check that the tape is straight and level, parallel to the floor. Once it’s perfectly positioned, take note of your measurement and get ready to relax in ultimate comfort!
